This is a fantastic device, and my dog loves it. I’m only giving 4 stars because it took a few days of serious training to get my dog to drop the ball into the hole rather than just at it. Once he got it, it was great, but be prepared to spend time training them first!
Really solid product. The motor is a little bit louder than I expected, kind of a winding noise before it shoots, but my dog doesn't seem to mind. The throw distance is accurate and the battery life is excellent.
I wish it held more than one ball at a time for a rapid-fire mode! But for what it is, it's great. It keeps my Pug engaged. Just make sure you use the specific 5cm balls, as regular tennis balls will get stuck.
Good machine. Works well. My only critique is that if the balls get too slobbery, the distance reduces a bit because of the friction. You have to wipe the balls dry occasionally to keep the max distance. Otherwise, it's a tank.
